The Big Lessons We Can All Learn After Causing a Car Accident

    Sifiso Nkwanyana

Driving is one of those essential tasks that are invaluable, whether you are moving house, you’re running your business, or making a day trip, and most of us cannot get by without a vehicle in our lives. But we take it for granted, and that sense of responsibility behind the wheel can feel somewhat diminished, that is until we end up in an accident. Everybody has been involved in some form of accident, whether a minor scrape or a massive crash, but this is why, as drivers, we can all benefit from the big lessons that arise.

    Know Your Rights

There are a number of different things that can occur after an accident, and we can be in a great degree of shock, but it's important to remember that we have specific rights. For example, a police officer needs to have a warrant before they can search your telephone.

When it comes to the legalities of any car crash, no win no fee lawyers can provide you with invaluable support, and in addition to this, you also have the right to deny any medical care. When you understand your rights, it puts you in a better position to ensure that if it's something you have caused, everybody can potentially gain a satisfactory outcome.

It’s OK To Not Get Back in the Car Until You’re Ready

Some people are of the opinion that you should “just get back on the horse,” but to do this requires you to go through a lot of internal processing. If you caused an accident, it is natural that you will think twice in terms of every little decision. You will replay that moment in your head thousands of times, and you will greatly regret what you've caused, which is why you don't need to get back into the driver's seat until you are ready.

Recovery takes time and this is why it's important for you to understand ways to function without a car in the meantime. Some people may tell you that what you are doing is not going to help you get behind the driver's seat anytime soon, but if you are the person who caused the accident, it's your prerogative to allow yourself the luxury of time. It allows you to process what has happened, and make peace with what has occurred. If we've ever caused an accident, the reality is that we may not be able to get out of the necessity of driving, but we shouldn't beat ourselves up if we feel more anxiety if we start driving after an accident.

Car accidents could have a wide-ranging impact if we ignore them, which is why counseling can benefit you. But the reality is that in terms of the things that we can learn from car accidents, for example, understanding that you will be shocked, that you should never be afraid to ask for help, and texting behind the wheel is stupid, the reality is that if you escaped a car accident, you've got the gift of life and this is something to be treasured.

Being a Good Trader vs Good Trades

    Sifiso Nkwanyana

The majority of traders in this field aim for exceptional outcomes without any planning. It is not surprising because that is what social media has been promising us: quick results, quick money, and a simple existence. But if you've been trading for a while, you might already be aware that winning transactions don't necessarily indicate that you're a competent trader.

I'll explain the distinction between using "good" before the words "trader" and "trades" in this article. A good trader understands that good preparation prevents poor performance, whereas a trader who only concentrates on making "good trades" is only interested in the results and not the setups themselves.

New traders prioritize making "excellent deals," therefore they don't spend the time analyzing the setup's logic. Even if it means imitating another system or signal, they will go to whatever lengths to ensure that they don't miss a golden opportunity. On the other hand, a good trader is driven to advance. They take their time duplicating trades because they understand that good trading habits come before profitable setups.

A trader who is just concerned with making profitable deals is comparable to a boxer who only thinks about competing as frequently as possible. Before entering the ring, the top boxers in the world strive to improve their athletic abilities.

The majority of traders refuse to embrace a harsh reality: trading is not about the market; it is about you. It all depends on your mental makeup, but good trades can be found every day. Technical and fundamental analysis can be mastered, but that is not what sets one analyst from another.

My advice to you is to concentrate on improving your trading skills since successful deals will undoubtedly follow. Making the most of the cards you already have is more important than getting the best cards, in the end.

Timing, the most important Trading Indicator

    Sifiso Nkwanyana

warren Buffet once said "The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient"

A skilled trader is aware that making logical choices is the key to excellent entries. Because of this, timing and sniper entries go hand in hand. It is a question of reasonable judgment in this business, and those who don't treat timing with the deference it merits won't be around for very long.

The saying "buy low, sell high" is just one aspect of trading; there is much more to it. Finding the lowest low or highest high is actually a full discipline in and of itself. Timing is not a crucial element for an investor, but for traders, time is actually another signal.

Please allow me to explain so you can grasp what I just said. Instead of focusing on timeliness, investors seek a long- or medium-term profit based on high-timeframe supply and demand zones. Even the dollar-cost averaging approach (DCA) is not firmly linked to the entrance time. Contrarily, a trader must give the timing of a trade top consideration because it will immediately impact your risk-to-reward ratio.

Along with logic, observation, and mental discipline, timing (and a dash of intuition) are developed. In actuality, practicing "timing" is just as important as doing technical or basic analysis. Time should be on your entry checklist because many seasoned traders think of it as a buy and sell indicator.

If your trade will succeed or fail depends on how well you time the market. The "timing element" also refers to the precise time at which momentum shifts, as opposed to just that moment itself. Market timing and market cycles are closely related. Timing also involves choosing the times of day when you will place your positions because the overlap between forex sessions can mess with the direction of your daily transaction.

Recommended ways to overcome Trading Fear

    Sifiso Nkwanyana

Money is the sole weapon we utilize in forex trading to generate profits. After purchasing one, we get quite thrilled if prices rise. When we lose five in a row, though, the situation dramatically changes. We start to worry that the trading account will blow up at any moment.

Although trading is quite practical, it also gives us a great deal of thrill and joy. But it shouldn't interfere with one's emotions or logical thinking. You shouldn't trade because of emotions. You ought to approach it sanely and intelligently. The fear of missing out persists, though. The time has come to learn "how to overcome your trading phobia."

Long-term exposure to this worry can have detrimental effects on your overall mental health as well as your trading judgments. Expert traders use a few strategies to get over their emotions and fears. The majority of the time, professionals who can manage their fear and emotion succeed.

Create a Positive and Successful Performance

You must acknowledge that 90% of trading success is mental, and 10% is technical. If you notice yourself breathing quickly or feeling down after placing an order, you may be sure that you are anticipating something bad. A bad expectation in your mind can prevent you from thinking logically. You can make a lot of common mistakes while you're anxious.

Does it matter if you think negatively? Even after doing your research and considering advice from others, if you are still anxious, there is a good chance that your decision will turn out poorly. You must get rid of this bad attitude and replace it with a winning expectation if you want to win right away. You should have faith in your ability to trade profitably.

Negative results in a row frequently cause traders to lose confidence. The first quality you need to develop in such a situation is the ability to maintain your composure. Remember your success and the path it took. You'll find a strategy for success in addition to regaining your energy and self-assurance.

Try to pick up and develop some new trading skills

Let's say that things aren't going well for you. What would you do in such a stressful circumstance? Making great trading judgments in such circumstances is challenging since you cannot logically examine everything. This time might be used to discover new trading strategies. A fresh trading approach is always entertaining and has the potential to pay off in the long run.

In trading, there is no set period of time for learning new topics. You can learn about interesting trading concepts like iron condors, how credit spreads work, how to use RSI and MACD indicators, and more, whenever you have the time or decide to make the time.

    comprehensive market research

To comprehend the patterns of trades, it's crucial to conduct thorough market research. If you're stuck and unsure of what to do next, it can be emotionally draining. You have some reservations even if you have already placed an order. Do some background study on the subjects you are interested in. To perfect the art and science of trading, regular practice and study are crucial. Join a renowned online trading academy to receive professional assistance and training resources if you are unable to handle the greatest guidance on your own.

Make a list of the things you initially heard and found difficult to understand. Following that, choose the subjects you must master first based on your trading needs. The trading list should be regularly and methodically updated rather than expanded. It is impossible to become an expert in trading in a year because it is such a large field. For a long time or during your entire trading career, you must go slowly and steadily. Learning never stops in the world of trading.

Stick to paper trading while you learn.

You will acquire new techniques on your own as you regularly learn new things. You'll want to put your just acquired methods to use. But there will undoubtedly be some skepticism. These uncertainties may cause you to trade concerns and allow your emotions to take control of you.

Therefore, you can activate paper trade before deploying it in real whenever you create a new strategy and want to deploy it or wish to utilize a new indication. Although paper trading is far from perfect, you will undoubtedly find a controlled environment here. You will discover how to enable comfortable envelope-pushing with trades without endangering your funds thanks to the controlled atmosphere.

    Analyze 5 brand-new charts.

When it comes to overcoming your trading phobia after several losses, experts advise looking at fresh charts to gain insights. Many traders frequently develop strong emotional ties to the stock, ETF, or any other product they trade. They devote many hours to raising them and maintaining their hope. Having optimism in everything might have negative effects. Therefore, it is always preferable to look up five fresh charts for businesses to which you do not have a strong commitment.

Following the completion of the list of charts, you should thoroughly examine each one and formulate arguments for buying or selling. You'll be able to achieve objectivity if you do this.

Learning new abilities is difficult, but it's necessary because the trading market is so complicated. Being a good trader requires frequent, effective, and consistent work. These steps are designed to help you become reliable and wise.

How to choose a Forex Broker

    Sifiso Nkwanyana

When looking for a forex broker, there are many factors to take into account and a vast array of possibilities. How do you determine which broker is right for you? How can you be certain that your broker is trustworthy? The top 5 important things to look for in a broker are listed below!

    Trade with a Regulated Broker

A broker who is regulated is one who is continuously under federal and local government scrutiny. Regulation makes guarantee that your financial transactions are generally secure. Without regulation, a broker is allowed to handle your money anyway they see fit. As a result, you might experience greater difficulties when attempting to deposit or withdraw money.

Select a Forex Broker with reasonable transaction cost and swaps

Forex brokers earn their living by taking a tiny bid/ask spread on your deal or by charging fixed rate commissions. Spreads and commissions are comparable, but spreads have a little more flexibility and can change in size depending on the liquidity of the market. Spreads increase during slow trading hours while decreasing during busy trading hours.

Be sure to read both the broker's website and the online reviews while researching brokers. Seek out any details regarding what the broker has to say about their own spreads and commissions. Be aggressive in this area and search out the best spreads and commissions that other brokers are offering.

Pick a broker who allows simple deposits and withdrawals

In the end, it doesn't matter how successful your trading account is if you can't get your money out. You want your broker to make it simple for you to deposit money into and withdraw money from your account. In contrast to unregulated brokers, a well-regulated broker will typically have a fairly smooth experience with this.

Select a broker that offers trading platforms that are competitive

What trading platforms and tools a forex broker offers should also be considered while making your decision. Make sure your broker is supplying platforms that are both competitive and compatible with your preferences. Check out the tools they provide traders on their website as well.

Select a forex dealer with a Good Customer Service

Finally, and perhaps most importantly, you want to confirm that your broker offers first-rate customer service. You want to have faith that your broker will give you quick access to support when dealing with financial concerns. You may get a sense of how dependable a broker's customer assistance is by reading reviews and contacting their customer care.

    Growing a Small Account

    Sifiso Nkwanyana

Unfortunately, making money requires spending money. In currency, this is especially true. Making $20 on a $1,000 investment is very different than making $20 on a $100,000 investment. There are, however, safe ways to increase your wealth.

It’s important to learn from those with an investment background like Nadine Terman Solstein Capital. She offers plenty of advice when it comes to attractive investment opportunities and how to make your money work harder for you

The majority of people dislike being told the truth about expanding a modest account. Growing a tiny account will actually take some time. Risking modest amounts and compounding your money over time are the only ways to grow your money responsibly.

Realistically, a 20% return on a $1,000 investment would not have a significant effect on your financial status today, but it might in the future. Let's imagine you were able to save and invest your money over the course of a few years, and you now have $10,000 in your account. You gained the ability to trade at that time, and you can now manage that money well. You can produce consistent returns over time by using the knowledge you've acquired and the money you've saved.

Forex Mentors don't want you to know this:

When we declare that it's extremely unlikely to flip an account in a short amount of time, we frequently face criticism. Because they know or follow someone who does account flipping, many like to claim that it is simple to do so. Can they provide you with evidence from a third party to support this? They might try to skirt this issue, but they won't be able to offer any concrete evidence.

The fact that the majority of ordinary traders lose money in forex trading is a secret that most "gurus" won't share with you. This is not meant as a warning against trading. However, it's crucial to maintain reality and recognize that trading currencies is not the fastest way to become wealthy. Trading successfully requires perseverance and practice. Start with a practice account, put some money aside, and only use real money after you have a winning trading plan.

Transacting in multiple accounts quickly is gambling, not trading.
Once you find a trading technique that works for you, begin on a demo account, save your money, and then begin trading with real money.
It's not just you. We offer a ton of premium and free content to support your success. Stay with us; we wish to assist.

When should you Trade Full time

    Sifiso Nkwanyana

You're considering quitting your work to pursue trading full-time as a career, which is every trader's ambition because nobody represents freedom like someone who trades continuously. However, not everyone is suited for this level of independence, so how will you know when you're ready? I've been able to focus on a few topics based on my own expertise and relationships with other excellent traders.

    Must have Enough Trading Capital

The amount of money you have is definitely one of the most important considerations when playing this game full-time.

You need to have enough money in your account to generate monthly income of at least 7% that is greater than your full-time salary. Additionally, you need to have enough cash on hand to pay for regular expenses like rent, utilities, and food for the next year or so without having to consider perhaps withdrawing from your FX account.

You must be ready to have enough money to maintain your standard of living, be ok with the occasional account fluctuation, and be ready for losing streaks or significant drawdowns.

Since it all relies on your unique situation and way of living, there is no specific amount you should have in order to go full-time. Speaking for myself as a nearly 19-year-old university student in England who lives away from home, I would prefer to have at least R350 000 in my trading account so that 7% a month is at least R25 000 and will grow if compounded, as well as at least R250 000 in the bank to spend on necessities that would last me at least the next two years or so.

This gives me ample time to get a solid job and start being paid well if I realize halfway through that I am not making the best profits from trading full-time.

For the past two years, you've consistently generated profits each month

Data from your trading notebook must show that you have been able to consistently turn a profit each month for the past two years. Of course, there can be the occasional lost month, but on average, you should be making 8–10% profits on your investment each month.

Throwing your work clothes in the closet and trading continuously does not imply that you will become any more skilled in making trading choices than you were when you were trading part-time.

The concept of trading full-time should generally be put on hold if you are aware that you are not yet consistently producing monthly gains because your chances of success as a full-time trader will most certainly drop.

You have other obligations that will keep you from trading.

Depending on the type of trader you are, I don't think trading has to be "full time," where you sit at your computer all day and execute innumerable trades.

Swing trading, in my opinion, is the ideal kind of trading since it gives you time to catch the following market full swing. To avoid staring at the charts while the trade is open, I believe having a job or some other duty is a good idea.

Sitting at your desk all the time could result in overtrading, and we all know what that usually means.

Because of this, you need absolutely have something else to do during the day if you intend to quit your full-time job to pursue trading full-time. This something else might be anything!

This could involve anything, such as being in charge of dropping off and picking up the kids from school, preparing meals for the family, cleaning the house, etc. anything that can divert your attention.

    You're Really Passionate About Trading

You must be honest with yourself about why you're making the risky decision to devote all of your time to trading. Do you genuinely think this is what you excel at and that it has advanced to the point where it is paying you significantly more than your job? Or are you merely looking to earn a fast buck?

You must critically and honestly evaluate your abilities, and I advise you to resolve any internal conflicts before giving such notice.

Consider carefully the effects of losing your income if you depend completely on it to pay your bills, your mortgage, or the tuition for your family. Have you been earning enough money—or even twice what you are paid—to be accountable for this? You definitely don't want to jeopardize your way of life or the welfare of your family.

A lot of risks are involved when you quit your job and work full-time, not simply from a financial standpoint. Make sure you're prepared emotionally, financially, and psychologically before making a decision, and take your time.

Common lies to avoid in Forex Trading

    Sifiso Nkwanyana

The degree of honesty and self-reflection required in retail trading makes it distinct as a hobby or even a career. Trading is not one of the many professions that consistently allow room for learning from mistakes and developing a skill set. If a trader is not careful with their expectations and risk management, even one loss deal can be disastrous. No trader can bargain with the markets for a raise or hope that the markets will acknowledge their hard work. Truthfulness is important in the field of retail trade since it might be the difference between financial success and failure. In light of this, let's look at 3 lies that traders should not believe today.

Stop losses are not necessary for trading.

Regardless of a trader's win percentage, every reliable strategy includes stop losses to a significant extent. This is due to the statistically near-certainty that trading with unchecked risk will eventually have disastrous results. Unchecked risk would still be present in every trade even if a strategy managed to have a win rate of over 95% with steady incremental gains, leading to a few losses that might easily wipe out all previous winnings in a short period of time (I know this from personal experience). Therefore, stop losses, particularly trailing ones, are a crucial tool for traders to protect against unavoidable losses and make their wins last over time.

    I'll quickly compound my account.

It takes a lot of discipline and patience to gradually build up a sizable trading account. This means that if a retail trader approaches entering and exiting positions through the lens of a get-rich-quick scheme, they are likely to lose money along the road owing to over-leveraging and impulsive trading. They are also likely to feel disillusioned and frustrated. Therefore, it's crucial for traders to set reasonable goals for themselves and to avoid taking success for granted. A few ways to put this into reality are to:

    a) thoroughly backtest whatever tactics you decide to use.

    b) refrain from trading out of financial famine.

    c) understand that your value as a person has nothing to do with the performance of your account.

    Fundamentals aren't very important.

Every trader should have access to technical analysis, and there are a wide range of technical indicators that are worthwhile researching and incorporating into any trading plan. Additionally, sentiment analysis is useful because the core of trading as a discipline is predicting buying and selling pressure. We must never assume that traders are always buying and selling genuine assets, even with these two essential types of analysis at our disposal.

It can be simple to think, even unconsciously, that trading can be reduced to a global game of chart-reading in the new era of gamification and excessive speculation driving price action volatility in the markets. Because it is simple to forget that we are trading in actual markets that are affected by actual conditions and events in our world, it is feasible for many traders to lose out on key fundamental triggers and advantageous moments of entry and exit. Therefore, it is always advisable to perform fundamental analysis, whether that involves following macroeconomic data, company fundamentals, or other variables, whether a trader is buying or selling stocks, currency pairings, or bonds.

Successful risk management is crucial for retail traders. Developing a trading account requires time and effort, so be realistic in your goals. Even at a time of rampant speculation, fundamental analysis is still very important.

How to be consistence in your Trading

    Sifiso Nkwanyana

    Develop a Trading Habit

You must establish a dependable trading habit free from gambling-like behavior. Being organized and disciplined can help you establish a routine that reinforces good habits rather than bad ones that might be expensive.

Overleveraging or even overtrading when entering a trade is a common poor habit. If you win one or two of these risky transactions, you've already started to reinforce a bad behavior that is difficult to quit. These deals are always short-lived, and typically one bad trade can erase all of your profits.

Want Me To Help You Become A Better Forex Trader?

Get a Premium Membership Today and receive exclusive member-only content including one to two new videos every day.

Checking a pip value calculator and determining a safe lot size to enter a setup is an example of a good habit. By doing this, you may be sure that you're choosing a position size that will only expose a certain percentage of your account to danger, depending on your stop loss. Personally, I advise taking a 1-2 percent risk per trade.

It should go without saying that you should choose and maintain positive behaviors over unfavorable ones. Positive habits improve overall performance and long-term outcomes in the trading game.

    Have a Goal

Determine what you want from this and how you can practically accomplish this. For instance, I want to trade to get an annual ROI of between 60 and 100 percent. When I look back on the past three years of trading, I can see that my winning months have generally resulted in a 6–10% ROI per month, swing trading and rarely paying attention to my holdings. Finding incredible setups, letting them run until TP or SL, and trailing stops when profitable is all that is required.

Making 60–100% year is more preferable to earning 170% in February and losing it all in March. Simply adopting a part-time perspective on your trading will increase your chances of success in this industry.

    Do not over Trade

This is one of the simplest ways to keep consistency in trading for anyone who is unaware of the benefits of sitting out a trade. It seems counterintuitive at first, but it actually works.

You must understand when to trade in order to know when not to. Learning an efficient trading technique, such as price action trading, market structure trading, news trading, or ideally a combination of all three, would be required to achieve this.

You will be able to determine your trading advantage and when to trade by using a good variety of confluences in your trade settings. You'll know not to enter a setup if it lacks a balanced number of confluences.

An illustration of this would be if you saw multiple sell indications from price action on Gold, such as a falling triangle pattern on the daily timeframe, or a rising wedge on the H4 timeframe, or anything else from a technical standpoint indicating a sell on Gold. However, it's possible that the Fed just declared that US inflation is on the rise and that the USD isn't doing very well from a fundamental aspect.

Mistakes to Avoid in Forex Trading

    Sifiso Nkwanyana

    Investing without a Plan

The simplest method to get better at trading is to create and use a strategy. One of the most difficult obstacles to overcome in trading is emotions, but by trading according to a strategy, you not only take your emotions out of the picture but also ensure more consistency. You will be able to identify what fails so that you can adjust your approach. It is strongly advised that you begin by creating a strategy in a demo account.

    Ineffective Risk Management

Any trader will respond that risk management is the most crucial element of trading. Risk management goes beyond limiting your losses and never investing more than a certain percentage of your account in a single deal. Being overly careful is perhaps one of the easiest mistakes to make. All too frequently, when a trade hits a profit, the trader will immediately move their stop loss to break even or simply close the position. Giving the market the respect it deserves will let it to run you into a proper profit, at which time you can think about changing your stop. This is yet another justification for how crucial it is to keep to a plan.

    Ignoring the News

When first starting out, it can be simple to get caught up in the charts, analyzing the candles, and searching for the ideal technical pattern, forgetting that banks and other large institutions are the ones driving the currency markets by moving their money around to invest and earn the highest return on their capital. The importance of basics can never be understated, despite the fact that it is less important on shorter time scales.

    Trading Signals without confirmation

If you're lucky, these "get rich quick" scams on social media might work for you in the short term, but they are nearly never sustainable over the long run. Even if you discover some reliable cues, you won't actually learn anything and will ultimately do more harm than good. If you know exactly why the trader is making the trade and how to apply it to your own trading, signals can be a useful learning tool.

How Doomed Is the Pound Sterling?

    Sifiso Nkwanyana

Today, the GBPUSD fell below 1.19 support a second time since last week, setting a fresh two-year low. These lows are partly attributable to the USD's strength after Friday's good Non-Farm Payroll data showed over 100,000 more US jobs were created than anticipated; as traders eagerly await Wednesday's new CPI readings, optimism for soaring US inflation builds. The UK economy is currently experiencing extraordinary, negative circumstances, which are largely to blame for the GBPUSD's bearish momentum. We'll examine these factors as we sound the alarm and ask: How doomed is the pound sterling?

    1) Departures and Other Chaos

Boris Johnson, the leader of the Conservative Party, resigned on July 7, a Thursday morning. Due to dissatisfaction with the party leadership over a number of scandals, over fifty Conservative members of parliament (MPs) unexpectedly resigned at the same time as him. It is important to note that even though Johnson has stepped down as party leader, he still plans to serve as prime minister for the foreseeable future until the ruling Conservative Party chooses a successor. These incidents have contributed to the instability in Parliament and won't change how well it solves economic problems or how people feel about it.

Political resignations of this magnitude would be disruptive for any nation, but the UK is particularly affected since post-Brexit trade agreements are either in the early stages of development or have not yet been completed. Trade figures have been unstable and challenging to interpret since 2020, when Brexit went into force, and the UK's trade to GDP ratio decreased by 8.31 percent (from 63.4 percent to 55.09 percent). This is especially true in light of post-COVID supply chain issues. "It continues to be difficult to identify the extent to which trade fluctuations represent short-term trade interruption or longer-term supply chain modifications," the UK's Office for National Statistics stated.

    2) The Bank of England Is Unwilling

The UK experienced the highest annual inflation rate of the G7 nations in May, hitting a startling 9.1 percent. Higher inflation indicates an expanding economy and is a precursor to rate increases, which are measures by the central bank to stabilize prices, therefore this should be beneficial for the pound. The UK's central bank, the Bank of England (BoE), has warned that annual inflation may reach 11% in the near future, yet they behind the US Federal Reserve in terms of hawkish aggressiveness by a wide margin. With their target interest rate currently at 1.25 percent, they have only raised rates by 25 basis points in the past year, which is about as mild as tightening monetary policy can be.

    3)The Unemployment Rate Is Increasing

Recently, the jobless rate in the UK increased to 3.8 percent. Even though rising unemployment is a terrible indicator for the health of any nation's economy, the UK and the Bank of England are particularly troubled by this for two reasons. First, with inflation at 40-year highs and the BoE's target interest rate at a relatively low 1.25 percent, This suggests that the labor market and, consequently, the economy of the UK are fragile, which perhaps explains the BoE's caution over unconventional monetary policy. Second, rising unemployment may particularly help to limit consumer spending if the UK labor market remains keenly sensitive to a cooling economy, which would lessen the overall need for BoE intervention through rate hikes (unless stagflation surfaces).

    4) Negative Institutional Attitude

GBP is the third most shorted COT asset, with 70.75 percent of all institutional traders selling the Pound, according to latest Commitments of Traders (COT) data. Given that a large portion of the currency market action is driven by institutional activity due to the sheer magnitude of their buying and sales, this bearishness is a key component in producing GBP selling pressure.

    What Takes Place Next?

Despite strong inflation, the fundamentals for the GBP currently seem quite grim, and this is reflected in the COT statistics. But there's a potential that the UK's hyperinflation will finally force the BoE's hand and cause them to shift toward hawkishness in order to avoid a catastrophic overheating. Although this pivot and fresh GBP positive momentum may be approaching, traders would be advised to wait until the BoE gives unambiguous indications before making this assumption. If not, it appears that GBP will continue to decline.

    Main Points

GBPUSD experienced another intraday two-year low due to persistent selling pressure.

Following Prime Minister Boris Johnson's resignation as leader of the ruling Conservative Party amid a wave of MP resignations, UK leadership remains in chaos. This is hardly encouraging for the UK economy or future trade negotiations after Brexit.

The Bank of England (BoE) keeps raising interest rates by 25 basis points at a glacial pace despite the UK's annual inflation rate of 9.1 percent, which is the highest among the G7 nations.

Despite the BoE's muted hawkishness, the UK's unemployment rate recently rose to 3.8 percent, highlighting a fragile economy that may lead to additional BoE caution.

With institutional traders selling GBP at a rate of 70.75 percent, the pound is still the third most shorted COT asset. This pessimism makes GBP selling more likely.

    Bricks Currency and the USD

    Sifiso Nkwanyana

    What is Bricks Bank?

An economic partnership between several significant emerging economies, including Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, is referred to by the name BRICS. Together, they currently produce more than 25% of the global GDP and house more than 40% of the world's population. BRICS members respect geopolitical collaboration with one another, and since 2009, they have met at yearly summits. However, membership does not necessarily come with unique commercial rights or benefits.

In What Ways Do They Challenge the USD?

According to many commentators, BRICS is a response to the West's growing geopolitical power through NATO and the G7, which has grown significantly since the invasion of Ukraine. Given that Russian President Vladimir Putin recently suggested that BRICS construct a "international reserve currency based on the basket of currencies of our countries" to compete with the US Dollar in June, this purpose is very clear. This might mark the end of an era for US hegemony on the global stage if it is put into effect.

How Serious Are They About Their Plans?

According to reports, China is assisting in this new reserve currency initiative as Western sanctions on Russia mount and other BRICS nations worry about receiving the same treatment. China's President Xi Jinping has charged that the US and its allies are using economic warfare to create "a small yard with high fences." This global stance is clearly not unique, as five other nations, including Iran, Argentina, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Egypt, have either filed for membership in BRICS or intend to do so. Many more nations have also been formally invited. Given the tensions that exist between these nations—for example, between Iran and Saudi Arabia and China and India—this interest is particularly relevant.

How Might Major Pairs Be Affected by This?

The demand for the USD relative to other currencies may drastically decline on the foreign exchange market if such an alternative reserve currency is adopted and subsequently used to denominate many international trade transactions as the BRICS alliance expands. Given that many of the BRICS nations are major producers of oil and gas, this could potentially signal the demise of the petrodollar. This could eventually result in a significant paradigm shift for main pair fundamentals, despite the fact that these ambitious intentions are unlikely to materialize for some time.

    Why Digital Business Will Dominate

    Sifiso Nkwanyana

The future of business is a fast and ever-changing landscape, and we are sitting in the middle of Web3, too, breaking away from the hold of some of the biggest corporations and forging a new and exciting path.

Over the last few years, more people than ever have created an income by working online, and are those industries that are thriving.

So what is it about start-ups and entrepreneurs that make digital selling work?

    Mindset
More than ever, there is an agile mindset that focuses on meeting goals, creating products, and multiple income streams.

Diversification and understanding your audience are a must. But it’s not just that; those that are dominating the digital selling market right now are quick to implement tools, software, and services like https://nestify.io/woocommerce-hosting/ to speed up their launches.

Their mindset is to find what works, replicate it, multiple it, and capitalize.

    Low cost
It is possible to launch a product on a website and even market it at such a low cost that it makes it accessible to almost anyone. All you need is a few ideas and the tenacity to go for it.

Big companies that are invested and married to the way things have always been done pivot like giant ships. It’s slow and takes a lot of money to do it.

Smaller digital-based businesses can build frameworks that allow for scaling and pivoting. It costs much less to switch models.

This low cost means that digital-born businesses are faster to implement, innovate and create.

    Future-focus
When you work in the digital landscape, you are looking at what is going to come next. What is it that you can do, provide, create and market that comes in the future?

It’s not just about what you create either; it is about who you are. Although you will always remain true to your authentic business self and the motivations that drive you, you can make like Gary Vee and always be looking for the next big thing - and how you can make it work for you.

Looking to the future means keeping your finger on the pulse and being ready to throw your new ideas into the mix. Adapting to the market and answering the people.

    Remote
Digital businesses don’t need to have a high-cost, high-resource office. They can run completely remotely. In fact, it is a smarter and more cost-effective way to run a business. The best talent wants to work for a company that is exciting, making waves and changing how they do things.

Of course, the business goals and vision will remain as a guide, but innovation is exciting. Remote working offers the possibility for an unimaginable amount of talent to be accessible - and hiring the right people is cheaper than it has ever been.

Not to mention that if you hire freelancers, you aren’t tied into long employment contracts.

Digital businesses aren’t just the future; they are the ones that are creating the future of how we work, how we communicate, how we sell, and the future of business as a whole.

    Nasdaq Index Sell Opportunity

    Sifiso Nkwanyana
Indices such as Nasdaq, German 30 and US30 are currently the best indices that one can trade, which highly respect trade setups most especially trend analysis and breakouts, last week we made good money trading Nasdaq and had also seen a number of traders flipping their accounts on the Nasdaq buys that happened from Thursday and this week we expect a slight push up towards the order block on Nasdaq.

In the past week Nasdaq has been in a bearish run until Thursday where it was able to make a strong push to the upside after finding support on the trendline, the market is currently on its way towards the order block which is at the same level as the Optimal Trade Entry (OTE) zone which will give sellers a very strong advantage as the smart money is planning to open strong sell levels on the marked level.

    Fundamentals Of Life

    Nosipho Mthembu

    Basic principles of life.

In general life is basically measures taken to survive. Life is tackled differently by of course different people with different mindset, well i must say that brings about the biodiversity because for instance if we were to adjust to a particular routine we would not be diverse as such hence opportunities would also be limited due to increasing population and high demand for survival.

    Basic facts about life.

The first basic component we need to consider when we are talking about life is the question that "what is it that brings about life?". To be quite frank with regards to the question, the influencer of life is money because it delivers the basic necessities for survival given the fact we living in the 21st century so that reveals that the basic and most important fact about life is that one needs money. Now the following question should be "how to be financial stable?".

    How to tackle life.

Now that we are aware of the fact that in order to keep the circle in round that has to be financial stability but financial stability requires a lot that includes setting goals prior, believe in them and most important trust yourself because in each an every step you take you must be mentally ready to concur any obstacles that are most probably going to challenge your journey towards financial stability hence you need to trust yourself because lack of trust within yourself will limit you from having alternatives should your first attempt be unsuccessful and you won't be able to do something you never did. There is no magic that will bring money to the table except setting your goals straight, focus followed by belief as well as trust.
